Registration is Open–Foundations Workshop with WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel

We are so excited about presenting the Foundations Workshop in partnership with WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel on September 20 – 21 in Orlando, Florida. Details and registration information can be seen here.

You will leave this program with everything you need to start your own unique client care program, one designed by you for your practice. That includes a one-year road map to get you on the right track.

Why should you want a client care program? After all, your calendar is busy—most of the time—and your cash flow isn’t bad—most of the time. But what if you had a full calendar, all year long, recurring revenue, systems and processes in place that ran smoothly, and a full roster of “A” clients who appreciated your work on their behalf?

That’s what you can put into place with a Client Care Academy Foundations Workshop.

Here’s an example of the kind of fact pattern we don’t see in our practice anymore.  ere’s an If a will or trust says that all assets are not to be distributed to the client’s minor children until they are 35, but the beneficiary designation on a life insurance policy names those children directly, the contractual terms of the life insurance policy will require the child to receive the property immediately, not at the age of the will. The will or the trust doesn’t control the asset.

The wishes of the decedent will not be achieved.  The estate plan has failed.

We don’t see this type of fact pattern because our clients meet with us on a regular basis and we have done more than just discuss their intention and put it in a will. We aligned all of their beneficiary designations and assets to their estate plan. It works.

Our own clients have enjoyed the benefits of our client care program for decades, and now you can benefit from our years of experience, as will your own clients and team members.

The law practice with a client care program has a large group of self-selecting clients who understand that protecting their family is important, and the estate plan is the first of several steps.

Have you ever asked yourself if there was a better way to help your clients and build a better practice? We encourage you to take a look at our upcoming Foundations Workshop.

By the way, if you’re not a WealthCounsel or ElderCounsel member, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll let you know when the final 2018 Foundations Workshop is scheduled. Fees are going up in 2019, so you want to register early!
